We do not accept returns or cancellations. As all of the prints are completely personalised. 

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

  • Disclosure for a business purpose: shared with our processor Shopify.

Order information

  • Examples of Personal Information collected: name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers, email address, and phone number.
  • Purpose of collection: to provide products or services to you to fulfill our contract, to process your payment information, arrange for shipping, and provide you with invoices and/or order confirmations, communicate with you, screen our orders for potential risk or fraud, and when in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

How to order

How do I upload my photo?

You will need to upload your photo to the product page by clicking on "choose file" under the product options.

Can I get a preview of the portrait before I order?

Our talented team of artists spends lots of time creating your unique illustration from scratch. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a preview of your illustration (as all the work has been done by this stage) but we do guarantee that we will work with you until you are completely happy with your finished piece of art.

If you require any changes or edits to your illustration, simply reply back to us via email, and our artist will revise your illustration and return it to you ASAP. Easy as!

Is my photo ok?

We can usually use almost any photo including: 

✔️ Old photos

✔️ Screenshots

✔️ Photos of photos

✔️ Photos with watermarks

✔️ Photos are taken from any social media platforms 

✔️ Photos that are a little out of focus

✔️ Photos that are a little dark

If you are concerned that the photo you would like to use is very low quality, please get in touch with us and our customer service team will find a solution for you. 

I chose to receive my illustration as a digital file, how will I receive it?

If you have selected "digital download (JPG)", your finished illustration will be emailed directly to you, please make sure you check out with your correct email address as this is the address I will use. You will receive both a PDF and a JPEG file.

I'd love to get my pet illustrated too, can you include them?

Yes, we love pooches and kitties and all things feathered and furred. Be sure to include them as a "person" when placing your order. 

Can you work from two different photos to create one illustration?

We can merge two separate photos and put them all together in one illustration, the photos should be the same or similar angle (for example; all people standing, taken front on at eye level). 

Please note that we are unable to change the positioning of a person, for example, from sitting to standing or vice versa.

Can I choose a specific coloured background?

Of course! Please use the note section at checkout to let us know what you had in mind and we'll customize your background.


I have not received my Order Confirmation email yet

Please check your spam or junk folder - occasionally we end up there. If you did not receive an order confirmation email within 12 hours after placing an order, you may have entered your email address incorrectly. Please email us at illustrashunprints@gmail.com

Where is my digital illustration?

If you ordered a digital download, check your inbox! Be sure to also check your junk/spam folder - as sometimes we end up in there!

If nothing, hold tight, our artists are still creating your special piece.

What is your turn around time?

Our current turn around time for digital downloads is approximately 2-3 days, but this time can increase during peak seasons (Christmas, Mother’s Day etc).

Framed illustrations can take up to 3-7 days to be illustrated, printed and posted.

Note that turn around time doesn't include shipping time.

How long is shipping time?

Shipping time for framed illustrations is 2-10 days depending on your location. Please note this time may increase during holidays and peak shopping seasons. 

We deliver digital illustrations as soon as we received it from the artist. This might take 2-3 days from purchase date. Please note this time may increase during holidays and peak shopping seasons. 

How much is shipping?

We offer standard worldwide shipping for a flat rate of AUD$1
